I read through the article titled “How Mickey Mouse Keeps Changing Copyright Law” and I found it to be pretty interesting. Though the article doesn’t mention it, it makes me wonder if that is why Disney is remaking all of their movies to extend their copyright even more. Some may think it’s not fair, but I don’t see how it’s not. Disney is only preserving their property for generations to come. The other article I read was about how National Geographic edited some of their photos to fit the cover of their magazine better. I do like that they try to ensure that their photos are raw and real, but it doesn’t really bother me that they made a couple of them fit the cover better as long as they go ahead and print the original somewhere within the issue. https://petapixel.com/2016/07/04/nat-geo-says-committed-honest-photos-era-photoshop/
