Objective
To create 2 networks using the lab computers and connect them with a router.

Notes and Observations
We had to learn how to disconnect from the school network, create a new IP address and see if our computers could talk to the computers on the other network connected to the same router. We had no problem pinging the computers on our own network, but was for some reason unable to ping the other network. Turns out that if we didn’t enter the gateway address, that our 2 networks were unable to communicate with one another. We were able to quickly resolve this issue.
