Since this course is 1980’s themed I figured I’d go ahead and do tips on film photography. There are things you have to keep in mind when you want to shoot a good unfiltered picture on film. You have to be more purposeful. Film is limited, so take all the general tips of photography like lighting, composition, contrast, angle, etc and apply it to each shot. Then practice. Try landscape and portrait and everything in between to see what you like. Also take that camera with you to capture the things that only happen when you are in the right place, at the right time. Remember, that camera is an extension of you and your point of view. Those pictures are just as much a part of you as something you drew or painted.
Here is a website I ran across last year that showcases film photography and gives useful tips for this classic medium. https://www.thephotoargus.com/photography-techniques-macro/
